Cancelling Orders

We strive to expedite orders from our distribution warehouse as quickly as possible. While orders cannot be changed once paid, please call us if you wish to request a cancellation or rescheduling. Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery appointment to request changes in order to avoid rescheduling fees. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Return Policy

You can return any product, as long as it’s in unused and in re-saleable condition. Please provide proof of purchase and, if possible, the packaging. If your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused, Aratel Group may refuse to refund or exchange your items. We will refund you by the same method as your original payment. Government photo ID may be required.
